This home is dedicated to fulfilling the heart and soul of a visionary with love that is eternally etched into the heart of all who know her. Sharde, Jeremy, Alexis say, "We love you Mommy. Your love legacy will not be forgotten!"
Tonya Moore, a beautiful woman who is best known for her passion, authenticity, love for wellness and serving the women at the Deborah K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN. She was admired for never judging or forcing her opinions. The Tonya Moore Home of Transformation is her dream fulfilled for women to transition after prison "Nothing Is Impossible with God".
The Tonya Moore Home of Transformation will be home to up to 14 women and will include the "Transformation Room" This is a special space for meditation, wellness activities, education resources, and creative healing activities. Trauma, addiction nor mental illness can stand against the love in this home!
